Lemon tart 🍋 + sweet Riesling (Trockenbeerenauslese Seeberg by Fred Loimer from Kamptal, Austria) seems like a solid choice.

Sweet, but not too much. A touch of sour, a hint of bitter.
Lemon, custard cream, meringue and lime zest. Simple, as it should be.

We’re open daily, from 17:00 until midnight.

About the winemaker

Sylvain Pataille is one of the key figures in Marsannay.
Originally trained as an oenologist, he spent years working with growers across Burgundy before focusing on his own domaine.

His work is rooted in organic and biodynamic farming, with a strong focus on Aligoté - a grape he helped bring back into serious conversation.

Leopoldo Calhau at Parra.

An architect who left the drawing board for the kitchen, and built a language of his own around memory, Alentejo, and a very clear sense of purpose.

We first came across Leopoldo back in 2022, on the cover of one of our favourite issues of
At the time, it felt distant. Safe to say we didn’t quite imagine that a few years later he would be cooking at 🍷
But here we are.

15 years of experience, much of it leading his own projects - Taberna do Calhau, Bla Bla Glu Glu, Chez Chouette - shaping a way of cooking that moves quietly between past and present, instinct and method.

Leopoldo is also deeply into wine - not as an afterthought, but as part of the table. Something to be opened, discussed, adjusted along the way. We’ll be choosing bottles together and building the pairings as the evening unfolds.

Arquiteto de formação, trocou o desenho pela cozinha e construiu uma linguagem própria, feita de memória, Alentejo e intenção.

Descobrimos o Leopoldo em 2022, na capa de uma das edições da de que mais gostávamos na altura.
Parecia distante. Sinceramente, nunca imaginaríamos que, alguns anos depois, estaria a cozinhar aqui, na Parra. Mas cá estamos.

15 anos de experiência, grande parte deles à frente dos seus próprios projetos - Taberna do Calhau, Bla Bla Glu Glu, Chez Chouette - onde foi afinando uma cozinha que vive entre o passado e o presente, entre intuição e método.

O Leopoldo é também um apaixonado por vinho - não como detalhe, mas como parte da mesa. Algo que se abre, se prova, se ajusta ao longo da noite. Vamos escolher as garrafas em conjunto e construir os pairings à medida que o jantar acontece.
