BATATA HARRA بطاطا حرة
The word Harra, means spicy in Arabic. However , this hot mezze isn’t known to be overwhelmingly spicy. 
These fried potato cubes are cooked in a lightly spiced mixture of red chilies and pepper paste concoction with , garlic,  coriander, and finished with a dash of lemon. 
A humble yet very flavorful side dish!

A palavra Harra significa picante em árabe. No entanto, este mezze picante não é conhecido por ser extremamente picante. Pode-se dizer que é uma ironia no prato :)
Estes cubos de batata fritos são cozinhados numa mistura levemente temperada de pimentos vermelhos e pasta de pimenta, com alho, coentros e finalizados com um toque de limão.
Um acompanhamento simples, mas muito saboroso!
