Well, today we’re diving a little deeper — into what really sets them apart. 👇

Unlike the classic pão com leite, Japanese milk bread is made with a special technique called Tangzhong — a humble mix of flour and water gently cooked into a paste that locks in moisture.
It’s the secret that makes the dough rise higher, stay soft for days, and taste like a cloud. ☁️🥛
