**10 years. ❤️**
A decade ago, I stood outside a small restaurant in Lisbon with a dream—to bring the authentic flavors of my home, the Malabar coast, Kerala, to this beautiful city.
I had no idea what the future would hold. I only knew one thing: every dish would be cooked with honesty, passion, and the hope that it would make someone feel at home.
Today, as **Costa do Malabar** celebrates its **10th anniversary**, my heart is full.
To every guest who walked through our doors, celebrated birthdays and anniversaries with us, introduced us to friends and family, shared kind words, or simply returned for "that one favorite dish"—**thank you**. You didn't just support a restaurant; you became part of our story.
There have been moments of joy, challenges that tested us, and milestones we never imagined possible. Through it all, your trust, encouragement, and love kept us going. Every smile across the table, every compliment to our team, and every familiar face reminded us why we started this journey.
Costa do Malabar has always been more than a restaurant to me. It is a piece of home, a celebration of the rich culinary heritage of South India, and a place where cultures meet over great food.
This 10-year milestone belongs to every member of our incredible team—past and present—and to every guest who believed in us from day one. It also belongs to my family and loved ones, whose patience, sacrifices, and constant support gave me the strength to pursue this dream.
