our ATLANTIC FISH TACOS. tortilla, sea bream, avocado, sautéed cabbage, green almond sauce, fried fish.

but if you're looking for a vegan option, we have tempeh from a local producer :)

current favourites: mango sticky oats + sun sara ☀️

overnight oats, coconut & mango cream, fresh mango, roasted coconut and sesame.

strawberry, mango, pineapple, coconut, ginger, turmeric, banana, lion’s mane & ashwagandha.

a pretty good way to start the day. ☀️

the veggie roll - seasonal vegetables wrapped in crisp cabbage. fresh, light and full of flavour.

the lion’s mane parm bowl - black rice, roasted broccoli, edamame, cucumber, avocado and our herb dressing, finished with lion’s mane mushrooms.

healthy food that never feels boring. :)
