O rissol de lingueirão chega com um recheio sedoso em bulhão de pato, marcado por notas cítricas de limão e um toque final de flor de sal. Ao lado, a empada de bochecha de porco revela a profundidade de uma carne cozinhada lentamente em vinho tinto, acompanhada pela cremosidade subtil da maionese de alho negro.
