We’ve topped our rustic, toasted bread with a rich layer of bitter friarielli greens, delicate folds of premium Italian mortadella, chunks of savoury caciocavallo cheese, and sweet sun-dried tomatoes. Finished with crushed pistachios and fresh basil. It’s the ultimate combination of textures and flavours! 🔝
