O Bruno é uma dessas pessoas.

Está connosco há mais de uma década e conhece este espaço como poucos. É responsável pela cozinha, pelas encomendas e, sempre que é preciso, também ajuda ao balcão ou na esplanada. Para ele, o trabalho de equipa vem sempre em primeiro lugar.

Quem trabalha ao lado dele sabe que o ritmo é intenso. O Bruno vive cada serviço com uma energia contagiante e faz questão de que tudo saia bem.

Mas há um detalhe que talvez os clientes não conheçam.

Depois de preparar um prato ou uma bebida, muitas vezes sai discretamente para perceber a reação de quem está à mesa. Gosta de ver se está tudo do agrado dos clientes, porque coloca muito carinho em tudo o que faz.
