After almost three months of being a bit lazy and not really taking care of ourselves, spring is here and we want to shine again 🌞
We both quit smoking — Michelle on December 25 and I on January 26. It’s still pretty challenging, and during that time we ate sooo much… and of course not the healthiest stuff 😂
Now we’re starting to learn more about wild herbs and plants, and it’s really exciting. If any of you have ideas, tips, or knowledge about wild plants, we’d love if you share it with us ☘️
