A fresh menu update at ULU Cascais, inspired by summer, travel and the flavours we love. New brunch dishes, refreshing drinks and evening cocktails are now on the menu.

Brioche with crispy bacon and creamy scrambled egg, slightly spicy umami sauce and Parmesan on top.

Warm, airy focaccia with local mortadella, creamy stracciatella, pistachio pesto and scrambled eggs.

Two new favourites for breakfast and brunch in Cascais.

Creamy coconut curry with grilled shrimps, cherry tomatoes and slices of lotus root. Served with toasted brioche and a boiled egg, fried until crispy.
