Fresh hot bagels headed to the Cascais Market! Come see Terraleaf Superfoods | Sintra Cascais and I this morning at the Mercado da Vila. Whole grain with seeds, sun-dried tomatoes and basil, parmesan, jalapeños and cheddar, sesame, plain, and of course everything!!

Bagel mornings are back ✨ and this might just become your favorite part of the week.

This week you can find so many treasures at , including beautiful offerings from and . Think farm fresh eggs, biltong, Italian wine, lasagna, kombucha, kimchi, and more.

There’s something really special about these Friday bagel mornings. They’ve grown into a truly community-powered ritual. We’d love to welcome you into it. A moment to gather something delicious for the weekend, linger over a coffee, and settle into something soulful, whether you’re simply eating, catching up with a friend, or making a new one.

There are some favorites on the menu this week:
House-cured lox with all the proper accompaniments, capers, dill, and red onions.

Triple lemon cream cheese is also visiting the menu this week, if you know, you know 🍋
As always, we can accommodate for those of you seeking your bagel and cream cheese fix 😉
