Contemporary Basket Weaving Workshop with Nuni Yavnai
at Lua de Caldelas, Northern Portugal

Join us at Lua de Caldelas, a boutique rural retreat nestled in the hills of Northern Portugal, in the charming village of Caldelas—home to the renowned Termas de Caldelas. Just a 50-minute drive from Porto Airport, this immersive experience combines craft, nature, and comfort.

We are delighted to host internationally recognized basket artist Nuni Yavnai, who has dedicated over 20 years to the art of basketry. Her work merges traditional techniques with contemporary materials, dyes, and sculptural forms, and has been exhibited in galleries and design spaces worldwide.

This workshop is open to all levels—no prior experience is needed.
