Great company deserves a great menu.

It starts with a cocktail among friends. Then comes our Salmon Tartar, diced salmon in a special ponzu sauce, lime, kimchi, kizami, avocado paste, tobiko, quail egg and sesame seeds. Next, our Tuna Tataki, seared tuna with spices, satay, ponzu oil, Japanese mayo and tobiko. And to finish, fresh tuna on a corn tortilla, Japanese mayo, lime juice, chopped avocado, sriracha, fleur de sel and chives.
