The supreme quality of ingredients and artisanal processes are elements that dictate Nonna’s style to create truly traditional dishes further from pizza and pasta. The restaurant showcases a unique atmosphere, filled with history where you can taste Italian classic dishes filled with fresh vegetables, a variety of cheeses, unfiltered extra virgin olive oil and fresh handmade pastas made with flour from Naples. --------------------------------------------------- Una experiencia única de gastronomía italiana le espera en Nonna, donde se rinde un tributo a la abuela italiana, a cargo del destacado Chef Martín Louzao. La dedicación, empeño y amor de las abuelas italianas al confeccionar cada platillo, lograron posicionar la cocina Italiana entre una de las más importantes del mundo. Los ingredientes de calidad suprema y procesos artesanales, son elementos que dictan el estilo de Nonna para crear platos tradicionales italianos que van más allá de la Pizza y la Pasta. El restaurante provee un ambiente único, lleno de historia donde se brinda la oportunidad de degustar clásicos italianos donde abundan el uso de vegetales frescos, extensa variedad de quesos, aceite de oliva extra virgen y las pastas hechas al momento y frente al público. El menú incluye una selección de platos que van desde antipasti, sopas, pastas con variedad de carnes y pescados frescos. Las pizzas son confeccionadas con ingredientes cuidadosamente seleccionados por el chef que incluyen la harina de Napoles y aceite de oliva extra virgen sin filtrar. El menú cambia semanalmente para sorprender a nuestros fieles comensales.
