There’s something wonderfully wild about a Pet Nat Rosé. 🍓🫧

The Pet Nat Rosé by Field Recordings is bright, juicy, and refreshing, with notes of red fruit like strawberries, fresh rosemary sourdough loaves and a hint of jade citrus mint tea. It’s playful, slightly cloudy, beautifully dry, and made for easy sipping.

But what exactly is Pét-Nat? 🍾

Short for pétillant naturel (“naturally sparkling”), Pet Nat is made using the méthode ancestrale. The wine is bottled before fermentation is completely finished, allowing the remaining natural sugars and yeast to create a gentle sparkle inside the bottle. No traditional second fermentation is needed—the bubbles are born naturally in the bottle. ✨

Field Recordings, founded by winemaker Andrew Jones in California, is known for approachable, expressive wines that highlight the character of the fruit and the places where it is grown. Their Pet Nat Rosé is a perfect example: fresh, unfussy, and full of personality.

Crafted by brothers Daniel and Jonas Brand in Germany’s Pfalz region, the 2022 Electric Chardonnay Acid Test reflects their fresh, energetic approach to winemaking.

Farming organically and focusing on purity, the Brand brothers have become one of the most exciting voices in modern German wine.
