LAUREL is the new showcase of Chef Mario Pagán's "Nuevo Caribe Cuisine". This new concept is possible due to the plethora of local fresh ingredients that are available year round in our beautiful island. From Queen Snappers from the South to Butter Avocados from the North, even a variety local Aged Cheeses it's what makes our menu shine by itself. Or at least, eat local fair with an understated elegance.
