French bistro in the heart of Santurce, across the Museum of Art of Puerto Rico. Its owner, Chef Thierry Dupont, opened Bistro de Paris in the year 2000.

Thierry entered the Caribbean through the small island of St. Martin. His top-level cuisine and gourmet boutique brought the exclusive business of some of the grandest European houses, such as Petrossian and Hediard. His store became a "must-visit" to Puerto Rican tourists and business people. They convinced Thierry that Puerto Rico should be his next business venture. The original Bistro de Paris opened in the neighborhood of Miramar. He brought with him Chef David Chaymol into the business to create a menu and lead a top level kitchen team. After 7 years, they decided to move to its current Santurce location. After 14 years, Thierry and David parted ways. The current team is a diverse group headed by Chef Thierry and his partner Estefán Gargost. We have brought in new talent cooks who have shown themselves as impressive experts in the kitchen. We are across from the Museum of Art of Puerto Rico, and a few blocks from the beach (10-minute walk or two-minute drive).

Es con emociones encontradas que anunciamos que después de 26 años, Bistro de Paris cerrará sus puertas el martes 30 de junio de 2026. Tendremos un horario especial y abriremos esta semana desde el miércoles 24 de junio hasta el martes 30 de junio. ¡Gracias, Puerto Rico!
