Season 4 Ep 7. “Gin Tasting”. (08/28/2026)

Last month, we gathered for an evening dedicated to one of the world’s most fascinating spirits: gin. ✨

Our Gin Tasting was a journey through different expressions and botanical profiles, featuring Humbert Botanic, Tann’s Gin, and Akori Gin, paired with carefully selected dishes that brought out the character and nuances of each pour.

Gin has a history that goes back centuries. Its roots can be traced to Dutch jenever, a juniper-based spirit that was originally associated with medicinal use before becoming a beloved drink. As it made its way into England, gin evolved into the sophisticated spirit we know today, with botanicals becoming its signature and opening the door to an endless world of aromas and flavors.

But an evening like this is never just about what is in the glass. It is about the people around the table, the conversations, the food, the discovery, and the moments we create together.

To everyone who joined us, shared a glass, enjoyed the pairing and made this night special — thank you. 🍸 Your presence is what makes these experiences worth creating.
