this is a chocolate fudge recipe that is specifically made to be a mix in for cookies. over probably 20 attempts later, I’ve figured it out!!💡these fudge chunks melt ever so slightly in cookies, embedding themselves into the dough and when the cookie is at room temperature it adds the perfect chew to a soft and chewy cookie🙂‍↕️. they add this creamy chocolate flavour that regular chocolate chips can’t mimic. it doesn’t make the dough spread, it doesn’t leak out. it is such a great add on to cookie recipes!! 👐🏻

triple mousse brownie and i cannot stop thinking about it 🍫

fudgy brownie base, semisweet chocolate mousse, milk chocolate mousse, white chocolate mousse, and the thinnest layer of glossy milk chocolate ganache on top to finish it all off ✨. three mousses because two felt irresponsible and one was simply not an option!! 🙅🏻‍♀️

if you’re not a pumpkin spiced apple pie person for thanksgiving….may I suggest these absolutely insane biscoff crunch cookies?? 🧐 it’s warm and spiced in a completely different way than the usual fall desserts we are used to and this cookie is living proof that you can literally never get enough of it. serve these warm with a cold glass of milk and you will see exactly what im talking about 🥛

banana toffee (banoffee) cake stuffed cookies! need i say more? 🫢 these cake stuffed cookies are made with banana bread instead of cake, filled with dulce de leche and are just banoffee perfection 💫 if you’ve never tried a cake stuffed cookie, here’s your sign. you’ll understand immediately why i had to create a sequel to my other cake stuffed cookie. 😋
