Już niebawem odbędzie się Fine Dining Week! U nas już trwają przygotowania. Za każdym daniem stoi proces, którego na co dzień nie widać. 🥰

Zaczyna się od pomysłu. Chef Inderjit Manota zastanawia się nad kierunkiem, składnikami i tym, jakie emocje ma wywołać dane danie. Potem przychodzi czas na burzę mózgów i pierwsze próby w kuchni. ✨

Kolejny etap to testy i panel degustacyjny - dopracowywanie smaków, tekstur i elementów, które decydują o finalnym efekcie. Nic nie trafia na talerz przypadkowo. Dopiero na końcu danie zostaje zaakceptowane i może trafić do Was - gotowe, przemyślane i dopracowane w każdym calu. 😍

Behind every dish, there’s a process you don’t usually see. It all starts with an idea. Chef Inderjit Manota considers the direction, the ingredients and the emotions the dish is meant to evoke. Then comes brainstorming and the first trials in the kitchen. ✨

The next step is testing and a tasting panel - refining flavours, textures and every element that shapes the final result. Nothing is placed on the plate by chance. Only at the very end is the dish approved and ready to be served - thoughtful and carefully refined in every detail. 😍

To danie jest lekkie, aromatyczne i bardzo sezonowe - dokładnie takie, jakie lubimy najbardziej o tej porze roku. 🥰
