🆕 steak 🥩
700 gr++ Porterhouse steak ‼️

🥩 is a steak with a T-shaped bone that separates two different cuts: tenderloin on one side and New York strip on the other.

⚠️ 😮 Please note that, to be classified as a Porterhouse, the tenderloin must be at least 3.2 cm wide. Otherwise, the steak is classified as a T-bone. This distinction is important because tenderloin is the most expensive cut of the animal.

Parrillada Baires 🥩🇦🇷
Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply craving the authentic flavors of Argentina, our Parrillada and a glass of fine Argentine w**e make the perfect combination. 🥩🍷🇦🇷

Parrillada Baires - more than just a meal, it’s a celebration of premium meats grilled slowly over an open flame, bringing out rich flavors and irresistible aromas.

🥩 Rib Eye Steak
🥩 Short Ribs (Tira de Asado)
🥩 Skirt Steak
🥩 Picanha
🌭 Homemade Traditional Argentine Chorizo
🥓 Rack of Pork Ribs (Pechito de cerdo)

Served with classic sides such as chimichurri, salsa criolla, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, crispy fries or fresh salad, it’s a feast made for sharing with family and friends.

🍾A great Parrillada deserves a great Argentine w**e. We recommend:
🍷Malbec – the classic choice. Smooth, full-bodied, with dark fruit flavors that perfectly complement grilled beef.
🍷Cabernet Sauvignon – bold and structured, ideal for richer cuts and ribs.
🥂Chardonnay is also a wonderful option. Its fresh fruit notes and balanced acidity pair beautifully with grilled pork and even lighter cuts of beef. Cheers! 🇦🇷🥂

Join us and enjoy the true Argentine grilling tradition. ¡Buen provecho! 🇦🇷🍷🔥

🇦🇷🍕 THIS IS FUGAZZETA… ONE OF THE MOST ICONIC VERSIONS OF PIZZA PORTEÑA.

When people think of pizza, they usually imagine the Italian style. But in Buenos Aires, we have our own tradition: Pizza Porteña.

Known for its thick, fluffy crust, rich tomato sauce, and generous amount of mozzarella, Pizza Porteña has become one of the city’s most beloved comfort foods.

One of its greatest classics is Fugazzeta—a pizza stuffed with melted mozzarella and topped with onions, baked until perfectly golden. It’s rich, cheesy, and a true symbol of Buenos Aires’ pizzerias.

And the best part? Baires Warsaw is the only place in Poland where you can experience authentic Pizza Porteña and Fugazzeta, made the traditional Argentine way.

This is more than just a pizza. It’s part of Argentine culture.

🇦🇷 Come and discover the authentic taste of Buenos Aires, right here at📍 Baires Warsaw

🇦🇷✨ Argentina is famous for its incredible desserts, and two of the most beloved are flan and dulce de leche ice cream. 🍮🍦
For Argentinians, these aren’t just sweet treats—they’re part of family traditions, Sunday lunches, celebrations, and childhood memories. A homemade flan topped with rich caramel and dulce de leche is a classic dessert found on tables across the country, while creamy dulce de leche ice cream is a year-round favorite enjoyed by people of all ages.
Every spoonful tells a story of comfort, togetherness, and the passion Argentinians have for simple, high-quality ingredients. If you want to experience the true taste of Argentina, these iconic desserts are an absolute must!

🇦🇷 First of all… congratulations to Spain. 👏 You played a great game and deserved to win.

Now, to everyone celebrating Argentina’s defeat… thank you. ❤️ It actually says more about Messi than anything else.

You’re not celebrating your own hero’s success.
You’re celebrating Messi’s loss.

And that’s exactly why he’s different.

At Baires, nothing changes. We’ll keep serving champion’s food 🥩🍷, living Argentine culture, and supporting our National Team with the same passion as always. 💙🤍💙

Football gives you wins, draws and defeats. That’s part of the game.

But greatness… greatness is forever.

Twenty years from now, people will still talk about Lionel Messi, just like they still talk about Diego Maradona. 🐐✨

Because matches last 90 minutes.

Legends last forever.

🇦🇷 We don’t love Argentina only when we win.
We love Argentina. Always.

❤️ Finally, thank you to every customer, friend, and football fan who filled Baires with passion throughout this World Cup. You created an unforgettable atmosphere, and it was an absolute pleasure to watch every match together and share this incredible journey all the way to the final.

See you at Baires.
Vamos Argentina, siempre. 💙🤍💙
