Miło nam poinformować, że Mateusz Zmierczak objął stanowisko Szefa Kuchni Pałacu Rozalin. To dla nas ważny moment — i piękny przykład tego, jak można rozwijać skrzydła właśnie tutaj.
Mateusz jest z nami od pięciu lat. Do tej pory był Zastępcą Szefa Kuchni, a dziś powierzamy mu odpowiedzialność za kuchnię, którą zna, współtworzy i której charakter doskonale rozumie. Doceniamy jego kreatywność i ciekawość w poszukiwaniu nowych smaków. Mateusz potrafi zaskoczyć nas nieszablonowymi połączeniami, pracą z teksturami i sposobem, w jaki nadaje dobrze znanym składnikom zupełnie nowy wymiar.
Prywatnie jest m.in. domorosłym ogrodnikiem, fanem piklowania i domowych wędlin.

Mateusz has been with us for five years. Until now, he was Sous Chef, and today we entrust him with responsibility for the cuisine he knows, co-creates, and perfectly understands. We appreciate his creativity and curiosity in seeking new flavors. Mateusz has a knack for surprising us with unconventional combinations, his work with textures, and the way he gives familiar ingredients a whole new dimension.
In his private life, he is, among other things, a homegrown gardener and a fan of pickling and homemade cured meats.
