Today I created this composition without a plan — just by feeling.
Color, texture, balance of flavor… everything seemed to come together on its own. In moments like this, you realize: signature rolls are not born from a recipe, but from mood, experience, and love for what you do.
For me, sushi is a story. And every plate tells it in its own way.
