Every day we amplify our menu in the meantime we grow and listen to the requirements of our costumers
At the moment we serve this two main dishes in a big variety
- Spanish Tortilla or potatoes omelette, its known by its simple
ingredients: Egg, Onion and Potatoes but complex preparation. The one with chorizo is a well known among our clients , who also appreciate the qualities of the handmade sauces such as cebulquita, mojo picon, picante, salsa brava and new for 2018 the salsa ali-oli good for the paellas
- Paella: a traditional Spanish meal known by all Spanish cuisine followers. It is a rice based regional dish from Valencia . At the moment we are serving three types: Paella de marisco (with seafood), de pollo ( with chicken) and Vegetarian ( 100% vegan) . However we are planning to bring you more types such as Arroz caldoso with octopus and other varieties. All is served with the recommended sauce: Ali-oli ( garlic based), bread and lemon for the seafood as it is traditional in Spain, and made in the traditional paella pan. And all from our brand new mobile-restaurant.
Our food-truck is full of possibilities and our imagination will never stop inventing the way to give you the best Spanish taste here in Poland
