Aam ki khatti meethi chatni teekhi chatni 👌🥰😋
Here's a simple recipe to make Aam ki khatti meethi teekhi chatni using the ingredients shown:

Ingredients:

Kaccha Aam (Raw mango) – 1 medium-sized (peeled & chopped)

Pudina (Mint leaves) – ½ cup

Hara Dhaniya (Coriander leaves) – ½ cup

Hari Mirch (Green chillies) – 2-3 (adjust to taste)

Adrak (Ginger) – 1-inch piece

Lahsun (Garlic) – 3-4 cloves

Jeera (Cumin seeds) – 1 tsp (roasted)

Cheeni (Sugar) – 1½ to 2 tbsp (adjust to taste)

Salt – to taste

Water – as needed

Method:

1. Roast the jeera slightly until aromatic and set aside.

2. In a blender, add:

Chopped kaccha aam

Pudina, dhaniya leaves

Green chillies

Ginger and garlic

Roasted jeera

Sugar and salt

3. Add a little water and grind everything into a smooth chutney.

4. Taste and adjust salt, sugar, or chilli as needed.

5. Serve fresh or refrigerate for up to a week.

This chutney goes great with samosas, pakoras, parathas, or as a dip.
