Today we experienced a Karen situation at our restaurant. There were 4 ppl in the family. They ordered our 3 to 4 platter, nachos and mint margarita. They first made a complain about the margarita which we replaced but they still had a problem and we offered to replace it again which they refused and started creating a fuss about it, called the food pathetic and started telling other customers to go to another place, our owner talked to them and their daughter started abusing our owner and threatened our owner to post her face on social media and the mother was constantly telling her daughter to stop but she didn't and later on started swearing and then tried to leave without paying. Our owner offered a discount but then they said that they don't need any kind of discount and want to pay fully. Started to talk down on the waiters telling them that everyone here is there to serve them and they should not react to us abusing them. Then when they paid their card declined and they asked someone else to send them money so they can pay. Later on, the 2 brothers abused our owner again and were about to fight when the waiters had no choice but to kick them out. Then the daughter started recording on the ground floor (The problem happened on the 2nd floor and she recorded the ground floor). When our waiter, who had no idea what happened asked her what the matter is she even started abusing him and left...........................
And on the same day 2 ppl ordered our 1 to 2 platter and left this review
