We hand-craft our premium ice creams using organic (rBGH-free) milk, free-range eggs, Madagascar vanilla beans, swiss chocolates and fresh seasonal ingredients. We love the city of Lahore, its culture, its lush gardens and the 'zinda-dilli' of its people.

Apricot & Sea Buckthorn Ice Cream
Inspired by the bounty and abundance we experienced in Skardu Valley, we curated two ice cream flavours using locally grown produce. The first is this sweet, fruity, nutty indulgence. Sea Buckthorn and Honey ice cream layered with apricot sauce, chewy apricot candy and crunchy apricot kernel.

There are nearly two dozen varieties growing in the region providing rural households with fruit, fuel wood, kernel oil and a revenue source.
