Alhamdulillah!
By the grace of God, our first activity in collaboration with ESR was a huge success, we would like to start by thanking all the ESR members for making it such a huge success, without you guys this would have never been possible, we would also like to THANK Shaybi Shah for his support in this whole activity.
We have reviewed every single review shared by you guys and I am so overwhelmed by the love, Appreciation and positive responses, we have got, we have not only reviewed positive reviews but also noted down the complains so that we can work on them and bring improvement in future. Delays in orders were one of the biggest concerns and we are aware of this, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience, managing 100s of orders was a bit tough task which caused this problem but we are well equipped to fix this problem in upcoming activities.
Our main agenda was to make sure that we don't compromise on quality without considering the profit margins, we use best available imported ingredients and we try to keep improving day by day. I would also like to Thank Burger Avenue staff and management for working extremely hard and making it a success. Once again, thanks to all the ESR members for participating in this activity, we look forward to serving you again.
