We used to get gluten analysis tests of our products from 3rd party labs - now, we're happy to let you know that we've started in-house testing with imported Rapid Test Kits!

These are AOAC validated, accepted by international gluten free certification standards such as GFCO & are able to detect gluten as low as 5 PPM and are adjustable upto 20 PPM.

We did our first test today & you can see a proud negative! 🙌👨‍🔬
