Nom Nom aims to challenge the culinary styles and eating rituals of a food loving culture. Being a pop-up, Nom Nom will move around spatially and change form: unlike a traditional restaurant, which is permanent and by and large the menu is determined once, pop-up restaurants, which have been popular worldwide since a couple of decades, are temporary, appearing for a specific period of time and in
different types of locations (from taking over existing restaurants and providing a new menu to road side make-shift fast food joints). In order to ensure a unique and equally wholistic sensory experience, Nom Nom will focus on creativity in food and setting, and exclusivity through a different menu and theme every time it pops-up. Nom Nom's debut was a successful three-day pop-up at the Chamelon, Royal Palm in Lahore where a specially crafted multi-cuisine menu was served to more than 300 customers; the fine dinning experience made complete with Latin Jazz tunes, a Nom Nom themed kitchen photo booth and a relaxed Soirée area. The second Nom Nom pop-up is under construction and it will be disclosed in a couple of weeks.
