We realize that we haven’t understood ourselves or recognized the sources of our problems.In my work as a psychologist, I have discovered patterns of behavior that clarify the root cause of most of the pain and discomfort people continue to struggling to free themselves from inner conflict, I have concluded that a severe and often disabling state of low self-esteem is the culprit
