🍪🧈 Butter Cookies Recipe 🧈🍪
A classic and buttery treat that melts in your mouth, perfect for any occasion or just to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Ingredients:
1 cup butter (softened) 🧈
1/2 cup granulated sugar 🍬
1 large egg 🥚
2 teaspoons vanilla extract 🍦
2 cups all-purpose flour 🌾

Directions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream the Butter and Sugar: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add Egg and Vanilla: Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
Mix in the Flour: Gradually add the all-purpose flour, mixing until just combined and a dough forms.
Shape the Cookies: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake the Cookies: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy these delightful butter cookies with a cup of tea or coffee!
