We would like to announce a great news and a slightly sad news!
With the help of your support, recognition and duas, The Hot Box is now a well established entity in the business! This post is to officially announce the successful transition of The Hot Box from daily lunch ordering service to catering service.
We now have clients on board to whom we cater our freshly cooked homemade food - almost on a daily basis - for events, workshops, training, business meetings or regular office lunch for their staff! This didn't happen overnight. It took a lot of hard work and patience. Our work team and family deserves to be credited here for their endless support which kept us going and are the reason behind this successful transition.
This is where the sad news comes into play! Lately we haven't been able to meet our daily demand. It has become extremely hard to manage daily individual orders with the bulk catering orders and that is why we are usually sold out.
It irks our customers and we can totally understand their frustration. However, for the meanwhile the solution to this problem is that we are closing individual orders from Monday 20th November 2017. Till we can manage to increase our operational capacity and serve you guys daily without any impact on quality or customer service. Honestly it makes us really sad that we have to let go of taking orders daily because all of our customers are like family to us but as everyone knows 'you lose some in order to gain some.' We will miss serving you.
Thank you for being so supportive up till now. We hope you will continue to do so and welcome the change with us because the only thing consistent in life is CHANGE! :D
