"How do you still smile after everything you've been through?"

I get asked this all the time. My answer is always the same: I stopped trying to own a temporary world.

We get stuck because we think we have total control. We say "my money," "my car," "my status." But the moment life snatches something away, we collapse. If you stop living just because of one setback, you miss the entire purpose of being here.

This life is a temporary journey meant for exploring and experiencing, not hoarding. Holding onto old pain only drains the energy you owe to your current responsibilities and the people who still count on you.
