Hareesa Lahori
Ingredients
Boiled wheat 250 gm
Yogurt 250 gm
Onion 1
Oil 1 cup
Chicken karahi pieces ½ kg
Green chilies 50 gm
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Boiled spinach 4 tbsp
Ingredients for kebabs
Chicken mince 200 gm
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Chaat masala as required

Method
In a cooking pot, add ½ cup oil and sauté 1 sliced onion until golden brown. Then add ½ kg chicken, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 250 grams yogurt, 4 tbsp boiled spinach, 50 grams green chili, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chili powder and 1 tsp turmeric powder and allow coking on low flame. Cover the pot with its lid while cooking. When chicken is tender, add 250 grams boiled and crushed wheat. Allow cooking.
For kebabs, mix 200 grams chicken mince with ½ tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp salt and 1tsp garlic paste. Form into kebabs of an inch thin. Fry kebabs in hot oil and add to hareesa. Lahori Hareesa is ready. Sprinkle chaat masala to taste and serve.

Chinese Garlic Egg Noodles
Ingredients
noodles 8ounces
sesame oil 1/2 tsp
prawns, boiled 1/2 kg
bean sprouts 1 cup
green onions, chopped 1-2
garlic cloves crushed 2
soya sauce 1 Tbsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
chili paste 1/4 tsp
oil 1 tbsp

Method
Boil and drain the 8ounces noodles. Rinse with cold water and toss with 1/2 tsp sesame oil.

Combine the 1 Tbsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar and 1/4 tsp chili paste in a small bowl. Set aside.

Heat a wok and add the 1 tbsp of oil.

When oil is hot, add 2 crushed cloves of garlic and the noodles.

Stir-fry for a minute, and then stir in the prawns and 1 cup of bean sprouts.

Give the sauce a quick re-stir and swirl it into the pan.

Stir in the green onion for 1 - 2 minutes to heat everything through.

Serve hot.

Ingredients
2 cups self-rising flour, plus more for dusting
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

Method
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, and cream until the dough forms a ball. Turn the dough out onto a surface dusted with additional flour. Fold the dough in 1/2 and knead 5 to 7 times, adding just enough flour to keep dough from sticking to your hands. Gently roll out dough to 1/2-inch thickness. Using a 3-inch biscuit cutter coated with flour, cut dough into biscuits. Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray, leaving at least 1-inch between each biscuit. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.

Soda bi carbonate 3g
Cream of Tartar 2g
Rung kat a pinch
Yellow food color as required
For the sugar syrup
Water 1/2kg
Sugar 1 -1/2kg
Kewra a few drops

Method
In a large bowl mix together 1/2kg flour and sufficient water to a smooth and pouring consistency batter .
Cover and keep aside for 2 days
Add the remaining flour along with the soda, cream of tartar, food color and rung kat. Whisk well. If the mixture is too thick add a small amount of water
Heat sufficient ghee in a kadai on medium heat. Pour some batter onto a jalebi cloth, gather the edges and make a tight potli. Squeeze round spirals into the hot ghee and deep fry, turning them over gently a few times, till they are evenly golden and crisp.
To prepare the sugar syrup cook sugar with 1/2 kg water in a deep non-stick pan on high heat, stirring continuously, till the sugar dissolves.
Soak the jalebi in sugar syrup for 2-3 minutes and serve hot

Yellow lentil ½ cup
White lentil ½ cup
Rice ½ cup
Soda bi carbonate ½ tsp

Turmeric 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Yogurt ½ cup
Oil 1 cup
To serve:
Roasted and crushed cumin seeds 2 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tbsp
Green chilies 6-8
Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
Chopped mint leaves 1 bunch
Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
Lemons 4-6
Chopped onion 4
Oil 1 cup

Method
Wash 1 kg mutton and put it in the pan. Add in 2-3 cup water, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 onions, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tsp all spice powder, 1 cup oil and some salt. Keep it to cook. Wash and soak 1 cup wheat in luke warm water. Add in fresh warm water and cook. Also add 1 tbsp oil. When then the wheat is cooked, blend it in the blender. When the meat tender add in ½ cup yogurt and cook it. Then add in wheat and 2 cups warm water. When everything is cooked add in ½ cup gram lentil, ½ cup yellow lentil and ½ cup white lentil. Also add white cumin seeds, 1 tsp all spice powder and some green chilies. fry some onion in oil till it is golden brown . Separate onion from the oil and keep both of them aside. Serve. Khichra with all spice powder, cumin powder, chopped green coriander, chopped mint leaves, chopped ginger, lemons and fried onions.

Kashmiri Tea
Ingredients
• 6 tsp Green tea Leaves
• 15-20 Seeds of green cardamom plus
• 1-2 tsp. ground cardamom
• 1-2 tsp. bicarbonate of soda
• 1-2 liter Fresh Full cream milk
• 6 tsp. ground pistachio/almonds
• 6 cups water
• Salt to taste

Method
• Pour water in a heavy based large pan. Add tea leaves, salt, seeds of green cardamom and bicarbonate of soda.
• Bring to boil reduce heat and simmer briskly for 4-5 minutes or until it reduces to 13 its quantity.
• While it is still boiling pour in it about 2-3 cups of cold water or enough water to make four cups in all.
• Bring to boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
• Remove from heat, strain and keep aside.
• Boil the milk with ground cardamom over low heat.
• Pour prepared tea water (Qahwa) in the milk.
• Bring to boil, add salt and simmer for 3-5 minutes over low heat.
• Remove from heat and pour into 6 cups.
• Pour 1 tablespoon of cream or malai. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of pistachio/almonds over it.
• Now it’s ready to serve.

Pink Tea
Ingredients
6 tsp Green Tea Leaves
15-20 Seeds of green Cardamom plus
1-2 tsp. ground Cardamom
1-2 tsp. bicarbonate of soda
1-2 liter Fresh Full Cream Milk
6 tsp. ground pistachio/Almonds
6 cups Water
Salt to taste

Method
Pour water in a heavy based large pan. Add tea leaves, salt, seeds of green cardamom and bicarbonate of soda.

Wash,peel and grated the carrot.put the carrot in a pan with milk cook low flame till milk disappear.
Take another pan heat the pan with ghee and put carrot mixture and sugar stir it till sugar disappear,add cardamon powder and nuts stir continously till the ghee separate from the mixture.
Finally garnish with nuts and khouya

Tikkaboti Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
Flour ½ kg
Yeast 20 gm
White butter 20 gm
Salt 10 gm
Sugar 10 gm
Water as required
Ingredients for Pizza Sauce
Tomato paste 1 cup
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Oregano ½ tsp
Thyme ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 3 tbsp
Ingredients for Topping
Chicken breast 2
Capsicum 1
Tomato 1
Onion 1
Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
Parsley ½ bunch
Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
Yogurt 125 gm
Turmeric 1 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Allspice powder 1 tbsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 3 tbsp

In a bowl mix together ½ kg flour, yeast, white butter, salt and sugar. Then knead to a medium soft dough with water as required. Cover and keep in a warm place till rise and doubled.
Method for Sauce
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan, add 1 tbsp garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds.
Then add tomato paste, oregano, thyme, crushed red pepper and salt to taste. Fry well.
Now add ¼ cup water and cook on low flame till sauce thickens.
Method for Topping
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan, add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and sauté. Then add chicken breast cut into cubes and fry till golden brown.
Now add 125 gm yogurt, 1 tbsp turmeric, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp all spice powder, ½ tbsp cumin powder and salt to taste. Fry well till water dries.
Now spread the dough in a greased pizza pan, brush edges of the dough with a little oil.
Spread prepared pizza sauce on top. Then top with cooked chicken, also spread all the chopped vegetables.
Make a layer of grated mozzarella cheese on top.
Lastly bake in a preheated oven on 220 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, cut into wedges and serve

White Dhokla
Ingredients:

3 cups rice
1 cup black gram dal
1 cup curd
3 cups warm water
6 green chillies
A piece of ginger (ground)
A pinch of asafetida
Salt to taste
1 tblsp oil
½ tsp soda bicarbonate
1 tbslp black pepper
Method:
Wash dal and rice together. Spread on a cloth and allow to dry in the sun. grind coarsely like suji. Mix warm water and curd in a bowl add the flour, and mix well. Cover tightly and set aside for 6 to 8 hours. When fermented, add ground chilies, ginger, salt and asafetida. Mix well. . Mix 1 tbsp. of ghee and soda into the batter. Pour a cup of batter onto a greased thali, sprinkle over with black pepper and steam for 15 minutes. Continue streaming, till all the batter is used. When cool cut into square and place in a serving dish
