On 16th July, we ran out of medium-sized glasses. Well, guess what we did? We gave soda in large glasses to each and every customer who came, without charging them the real price. To some, it might not mean anything, but to us, it mattered. Looking at people smile just because they got something extra. That raw happiness, even if we had to face a loss that day, made it all worth it.
