* 1 tbsp sesame oil
* 1 tbsp brown sugar
* 1 tbsp grated Asian pear or apple

* 1 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tbsp honey
* 1 tsp gochujang
* ½ tsp sesame oil
**For serving:**
* Sliced green onions
* Sesame seeds
* Optional: thinly sliced red chili
# # # 🍢 Instructions
1. **Make the marinade:** In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, grated pear/apple, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, gochujang, pepper, and sesame seeds.
2. **Marinate the beef:** Add the sliced beef and toss until completely coated. Cover and refrigerate for **30 minutes to 2 hours**.
3. **Prepare skewers:** If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about **20–30 minutes**. Thread the marinated beef onto the skewers, folding the slices slightly as you go.
4. **Make the glaze:** Mix soy sauce, honey, gochujang, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
5. **Air fry:** Preheat the air fryer to **400°F (200°C)**. Lightly spray the basket and arrange the skewers in a single layer.
6. Air fry for **5–7 minutes**, turning halfway through. Brush generously with the Korean BBQ glaze during the final 1–2 minutes.
7. Cook until the beef is nicely caramelized and reaches a safe internal temperature. Thinly sliced beef cooks quickly, so avoid overcooking.
8. **Finish:** Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve immediately while the edges are sizzling and caramelized. 🔥
