All of our menu items are sourced from both local and international markets; including Arab, South Africa, Siri Lanka and United Kingdom. To prepare the best quality Naans; we begin with gaining some of the finest flour mainly from Punjab, Pakistan. Flour is then to exact ratios of salt, milk and soda while fully developing complex flavors, and bringing out delicate softness. The flour is then contained for the inspection and must pass the standard of excellence before reaching our customers.
