EVALUATING THE LEVELS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WITH THE
REAL ESTATE BROKER CONSULTING SERVICES
with the real estate broker consulting services in Pakistan. The data
from 179 customers used the real estate brokerage consulting services .
Exploratory factor analysis methods and Linear multiple regression model has
been used in the study. The research findings have identified the factors group
influencing to the satisfaction degree of customers for real estate brokerage
consulting services in Vietnam including: Reliability, responsiveness, tangible,
assurance and empathy. Based on that research findings, author proposes some
recommendations to further improve the satisfaction degree of customers for the
real estate brokerage consulting services.

1. Introduction
Real estate plays an important role in the economy of each country, more and more
accounting for a large proportion and having a great influence for the development
of the economy. The real estate market is a special market, goods are real estate
with great value and direct impact to social and economic life.
In recent years, the real estate market in Vietnam has significant developments,
contribute to the promotion of economic - society of the country, changing the face
of urban and rural areas, contribute to economic restructuring in the direction of
industrialization and modernization. Besides the positive side, the real estate market
in Vietnam has shown many limitations in the past time, causing annoyance in
society such as problem of exploitation, efficient use of real estate in general,
especially housing. Besides some problems arising from real estate brokerage
consulting services, these are: consultant qualifications, ethics of brokers, information
quality ....This has made customers less interested in real estate brokerage consulting
services. From this reality, research to evaluate the satisfaction degree of customers
with the real estate broker consulting services is necessary, thereby improving the
quality of real estate brokerage consulting services in Vietnam and improving
customer satisfaction with this service quality.
