Herbed Greek Yogurt Dip

250 gms Greek Yogurt
1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1/2 teaspoon (or more) red chilli flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
Salt to taste
1-2 teaspoons lemon juice

Mix everything together and serve chilled. Pairs well with sourdough or any bread, or as a dip with anything.

Lauki Chicken Shorba (serves 4)

1/2 Chicken
1 medium lauki, peeled and cut
1 large onion
2 large tomatoes
3-4 pcs garlic cloves
1 inch pc ginger
Green chillies to taste
Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
Kashmiri laal mirch powder 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric 1/4th teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Cloves 2
Cinnamon sticks 2 small
Green cardamom 1
Pinch of kalonji
Salt-to taste
Oil 1/2 cup (skim excess before serving)
Garam masala powder
Fresh coriander for garnish
