Great way to celebrate EID with this hearty bowl of Vaneeza's version of Khow suey
Burmese Khowsuey is a noodles dish, served in an aromatic coconut milk broth infused with lemongrass, basil, garlic, ginger. Enhancing the delicate palate wiith condiments like peanuts, spring onion, cilantro etc.

At Food Therapy by Vaneeza we do a version of the dish inspired by the Memon and Gujrati community in Karachi.

Originally from Burma, Khow Suey or Khao Suey is a popular dish among the Memon & Gujrati community of Pakistan. It comprises of noodles in a coconut or yoghurt based curry, with spicy chicken or beef and an array of condiments.
Food Therapy by Vaneeza is doing a healthy version of the delicate cuisine. It is made in coconut cream with the freshness of lemongrass, Thai basil, coriander from our own kitchen garden
