Fattoush Salad, there are variety of ways to make this particular salad because it has been originated from Northern Lebanon, what the farmers had dried or leftover pita bread.

They used to add pieces of bread with salad mainly mixed greens and other vegetables, such as radishes, tomatoes, cucumbers and then season it with olive oil for extra flavoring.

Kabsa is a rice dish that is quite famous throughout the Gulf States.

Kabsa makes use of the water that was used to cook fish or meat and re-using it to cook the spiced, long-grain rice in it, perfectly blending all the flavors and spices.
