A holiday doesn't have to be lazy – unless you want to! At Atmosphere, there are plenty of ways to stay active, challenge yourself, and explore the island whilst you're here.
The Warrior Gym sits beneath the mango trees near our entrance, complete with obstacle courses, monkey bars, pull-up bars, TRX bands, and a shaded area with weights and kettlebells. Daily fitness classes are led by our certified personal trainer. You can also book a private session if you prefer something more tailored.
Pickleball is easy to learn and perfect for all ages. We have paddles and balls ready at reception, and a coach available if you'd like to up your game or want a competitive match.
Mountain Biking takes you through jungle trails, coconut plantations, small villages, and local landmarks with Mount Talinis as your backdrop. We offer daily guided rides suitable for beginners through to experienced riders. Many trails are also perfect for trail running if you prefer to go on foot.
Golf is available at just a short drive away. Negros International Golf and Country Club (18-holes) suits all skill levels, whilst Bravo Golf Course (par-3) is ideal for casual rounds and practice. We can arrange transportation, tee times, equipment rental, and lessons.
Yoga classes are available in our treehouse, on the beach, or throughout the resort – a perfect way to start or end your day. Last but not least, scuba diving is the ultimate way to stay active. We offer courses for all experience levels and daily fun diving trips.
Whether you're after adrenaline, mindfulness, or something in between – there's something here for you.
