URGENTLY HIRING Customer Service Representative to start Monday, April 22/ $7 per hour!!!
We are in search of 1 Customer Service Representative who can commit to 40 hours per week. For serious applicants only
Qualifications:
- A clear and neutral, or North American accent is a MUST
- With background in the mechanical and automotive field or has passion for cars
- With CSR experience for at least 2 years
- Proficiency in navigating our website
- Strong written English communication skills for email correspondence.
- Familiarity with Shopify, email communication, Aircall dialer, and CRM systems like Gorgias
Working Hours:
Mon-Fri, 9 am - 6 pm EST
Training:
The initial 30 days of training will occur during standard business hours (Mon-Fri, 9 am - 6 pm EST)) to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the role's responsibilities.
Salary:
We offer a starting salary of $7 per hour
