NOT YOUR ‘USUAL’ CHEESECAKE👌🏻
This is not the usual cheesecake that you buy from popular coffee shops, where the cheesecake melts in your mouth - no its not 🤷🏻♀️because -
📍It has no flour, no extenders whatsoever
📍Its also homemade, no big machines to create a super smooth texture
But it also means -
✅ its a “pure” cheesecake and you can taste the difference actually 👌🏻
✅ the texture is chunky, somehow bulky in the mouth, because the cream cheese is in bits which I personally prefer (because i want to bite the cream cheese itself)
