Join our growing team! We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Supervisor who can lead our accounting team and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of all financial operations.
Qualifications
🎓 Educational Background
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Additional training or certification in taxation, auditing, or financial management is an advantage
💼 Work Experience
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in accounting or finance
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong background in:
– General Ledger
– Accounts Payable/Receivable
– Payroll
– Financial Reporting
🧠 Skills & Competencies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records
• Review and verify financial transactions, journal entries, and reports
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and monthly reports
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and government regulations
• Support audits and coordinate with external auditors
• Train and guide accounting staff to enhance team performance
• Recommend improvements to financial processes and workflows
