CHEF / KITCHEN SUPERVISOR

Join our growing catering team in Cagayan!

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and hands-on Chef who can lead a high-volume kitchen operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

✓ Experience in catering, hotel, restaurant, or institutional food service
✓ Skilled in high-volume food production
✓ Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation
✓ Excellent leadership and team-management skills
✓ Able to plan menus, production schedules, and portions
✓ Organized, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
✓ Creative but consistent in food quality
✓ Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
✓ Experience serving American/foreign clients is an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead daily kitchen production
• Supervise cooks and kitchen staff
• Ensure consistent taste, quality, and portions
• Manage food preparation and production schedules
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor kitchen inventory and minimize food waste
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager and Catering Coordinator
• Support large-scale catering and special production requirements
