I teach, guide, and give you the opportunity to learn, even when you have little or no knowledge about the delivery business. I give my time, patience, and support because I believe every rider deserves a chance to improve.
But let me ask you directly: Why were you removed from Take It Delivery Services? Do you really think you did not deserve it?
You were repeatedly reminded of our rules, yet you continuously refused to follow them. Rules are not created to be ignored. Discipline is not optional. Respect, responsibility, and commitment are expected from every rider who chooses to be part of this team.
We can teach you the skills you need, but we cannot teach someone who refuses to learn. We can guide you, but we cannot force you to follow. And we can give you countless chances, but we cannot keep tolerating repeated violations and disrespect for the rules.
Take It Delivery Services is built on Trust, Integrity, and Dedication in Service. If you cannot respect the rules and responsibilities that come with being part of this family, then you must be prepared to face the consequences.
Remember: Being part of this team is a privilege, not a right. We are willing to help those who are willing to learn, improve, and follow the rules. But if you continue to disregard them, then your actions will determine your place in this organization.
