NIKO’S PLACE
We are looking for a highly responsible and experienced GENERAL MANAGER capable of overseeing overall business operations, financial controls, inventory, and Human Resources (HR).
QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate of Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Human Resource Management, Accounting, Management, or any related course
• Preferably with managerial experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or food & beverage operations
• Knowledgeable in sales auditing, reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Experienced in inventory control, stock monitoring, and variance checking
• Strong HR and people-management capabilities
• Knowledgeable in recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, scheduling, and employee evaluation
• Capable of handling employee concerns, disciplinary procedures, and proper documentation
• Knowledgeable in payroll preparation, attendance, overtime, and manpower monitoring
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and accountable
• Able to work independently and report directly to ownership
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee the overall daily operations of Niko’s Place
• Audit daily sales, cash, GCash/POS transactions, discounts, voids, and expenses
• Monitor inventory receiving, usage, transfers, wastage, and ending stocks
• Investigate sales and inventory discrepancies
• Manage recruitment, staffing, scheduling, and employee performance
• Enforce company policies, SOPs, workplace discipline, and operational standards
• Monitor food cost, labor cost, purchasing, and other operating expenses
• Coordinate with suppliers and department heads
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports
• Ensure accountability across all departments
