Homemade Pizza Supreme

Ingredients:
1 package (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast
2 cups warm water (110° to 115°)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
4 to 6 cups all-purpose flour

SAUCE:
2 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce
1-1/2 teaspoons grated onion
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

TOPPINGS:
4 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
4 ounces Canadian bacon, diced
1 package (3-1/2 ounces) sliced pepperoni
1 medium sweet red pepper, sliced
1 medium green pepper, sliced
1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup minced fresh basil

Directions
In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add oil, salt and 2 cups flour. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rest in a warm place for 10 minutes.
Combine sauce ingredients; set aside. Divide dough in half. On a floured surface, roll each portion into a 13-in. circle. Transfer to two greased 12-in. pizza pans; build up edges slightly.
Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Spread with sauce; sprinkle with toppings. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Baked Macaroni Recipe
- is a pasta dish that makes use of elbow macaroni as the primary ingredient. At first look, this could be mistaken as the famous Macaroni and Cheese but there is more to this dish than just having pasta and cheese.

Ingredients:
2.5 lb uncooked elbow macaroni

Meat Sauce:
7.5 tbsp butter
2.5 lb ground beef
3.75 cup diced tomatoes canned
2.5 small onions diced
1.25 cup green bell pepper diced
1.25 cup tomato paste
2.5 tsp paprika
2.5 piece beef cube
2.5 cup water
2.5 tbsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
>>Mornay Sauce:
7.5 tbsp butter
7.5 tbsp all-purpose flour
5 cups fresh milk
0.63 tsp salt
2.5 ounce grated parmesan cheese
5 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions
Prepare the elbow macaroni according to instructions in the package and intentionally cut the cooking time so that the macaroni is not well done (the macaroni will be fully cooked once baked) then drain and set aside.
Prepare the meat sauce by heating a cooking pot and melt-in the butter.
When the butter is hot enough, add the ground beef and cook for 5 minutes or until the color turns medium brown.
Add the onion, green bell pepper, and diced tomatoes then stir and simmer for 3 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.
Add the tomato paste and paprika then stir and cook for a minute
Add the beef cube and water then stir until everything is well distributed. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Put in the sugar, salt, and pepper then mix well. Turn off the heat and set it aside.
Prepare the Mornay sauce by melting the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the flour stir constantly for about a minute (color must be yellowish and not brown).
Slowly whisk in the milk and continue to whisk until the sauce thickens and comes to a boil.
Add salt and pepper then simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in the cheeses and whisk until melted. Set aside
Combine the cooked macaroni and meat sauce in a baking dish then toss until the meat sauce is well distributed.
Arrange the macaroni and pour the Mornay sauce over it. (Spread the Mornay sauce over the macaroni and meat sauce mixture ensuring that every space is covered)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool down a bit.
Serve hot. Share and Enjoy!

Kutsinta Recipe
- is a type of “kakanin” that uses lye water as an ingredient. Kutsinta is somewhat sticky yet chewy (that's what lye water does) at the same time and is best eaten with grated coconut on top.

Ingredients
10 cup rice flour
3.33 cup all-purpose flour
6.67 cup brown sugar
20 cups water
10 tsp lye water
13.33 tsp anatto seeds

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients starting from the rice flour, all-purpose flour, and brown sugar then mix all the ingredients.
While mixing, add water gradually and continue to mix until all ingredients are completely distributed.
Add lye water and anatto water (soak the anatto seed in 3 tbsp water) then continue mixing.
Place the mixture into individual molds and steam for 40 minutes to an hour.
Serve with grated or shredder coconut on top. Share and Enjoy!

Chocolate Crinkles Cookies
- are delicious chocolate cookies enclosed in confectioners or powdered sugar. These delightful cookies which are baked with lots of love are good Christmas presents for friends or even a luscious Christmas dessert to share with the entire family.

Ingredients
11.43 cups all-purpose flour sifted
2.86 cup canola oil
7.14 cup granulated sugar
22.86 pieces eggs
5.71 tablespoon vanilla extract
28.57 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips
5.71 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2.86 teaspoon salt
11.43 teaspoons baking powder
5.71 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
Melt Chocolate chip using a double boiler or chocolate melter.
Combine flour, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl. Mix well. Set aside.
Combine sugar and cocoa powder in a mixing bowl. Mix all together until well distributed. Continue mixing while adding oil, vanilla extract, melted chocolate chips, and eggs. Note: Using a stand mixer with a paddle attachment is ideal for this task.
Gradually add the flour mixture while mixing. Continue the process until all the ingredients are well distributed. Cover the mixing bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 350F. Scoop a tablespoon of the chocolate mixture and shape it into a ball using your hands. Roll it over the powdered sugar until completely coated. Arrange in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Perform this step until the chocolate mixture is completely consumed.
Bake for 13 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
Serve. Share and enjoy!

Ingredients
6.67 cups AP flour
6.67 cups buttermilk
20 tablespoons fresh milk
6.67 eggs
6.67 tablespoons granulated white sugar
3.33 teaspoon baking soda
6.67 teaspoons baking powder
13.33 tablespoons butter melted
1.67 teaspoon salt
1.67 cup whipped butter

Instructions
Combine all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl starting with the flour, salt, baking soda, sugar, and baking powder. Mix well using a wire whisk.
In another clean bowl, combine the eggs, buttermilk, milk, and melted butter. Stir.
Pour the liquid mixture into the bowl with the mixture of dry ingredients. Gently whisk until all the ingredients are incorporated.
Heat a pan and then lightly spray some cooking oil.
When the pan becomes hot, scoop about half a cup of mixture and then pour in the pan. Cook for about 1 to 2 minutes. Flip the pancake and then cook the other side for the same time.
Transfer to individual plates and then top with a scoop of whipped butter and some pancake syrup.
Serve. Share and enjoy!

Ingredients
3.33 cup all-purpose flour
33.33 tablespoons Lady's Choice Mayonnaise
10 tablespoons dark cocoa powder
1.67 cup walnuts chopped
2.5 cup granulated white sugar
1.67 teaspoon salt
3.33 teaspoon baking soda
1.67 cup chocolate chips
6.67 pieces eggs
3.33 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Prepare the dry ingredients by sifting flour and cocoa powder in a mixing bowl. Add baking powder and sugar. Mix well using a wire whisk. Set aside.
On a separate bowl, crack eggs. Beat the eggs.
Add Lady's Choice Mayonnaise. Mix well until all the ingredients in the bowl are well blended. Add vanilla extract and gradually add-in sugar. Continue to mix until texture becomes smooth.
Melt the chocolate chips using a double boiler (watch video below for details).Stir-in the melted chocolate with the mayonnaise mixture. Mix well.
Gradually add the dry ingredients with the mayonnaise mixture. Fold until smooth. Add chopped walnuts.
Pour the brownie mixture into an 8x8 baking pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Let the brownies cool down.
Serve. Share and enjoy!

Laing na Gabi
-is a type of Filipino vegetable dish. Taro leaves are sliced and dried for a few days before being cooked in coconut milk. Pork is a common ingredient added to this dish. I used pork shoulder for this recipe. Pork belly will work too.

Ingredients
6.67 ounces dried taro leaves
3.33 packs Knorr Ginataang Gulay Recipe Mix 40 grams each
0.83 lb pork sliced into ¼ inch thick pieces
8.33 pieces Thai chili pepper
8.33 cloves garlic crushed
3.33 thumbs ginger crushed
1.67 piece onion sliced into thin strips
8.33 cups water

Instructions
Prepare the gata by combining Knorr Ginataang Gulay Recipe Mix with 5 cups water. Stir until the powder completely dilutes.
Arrange pork, garlic, onion, and ginger in a pot. Pour 3 ½ cups gata. Put on a stovetop and apply heat. Continue to cook for 10 minutes after the liquid boils.
Add dried taro leaves. Cover the pot and continue to cook until the liquid is almost gone.
Add chili peppers and then pour remaining coconut milk. Stir and continue to cook until the liquid completely evaporates.
Transfer to a serving plate. Serve with rice!
